These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. The site sells one product: a digital redemption link for a Duolingo Super subscription covering 12 months, priced at $19.99 USD as a one-time payment.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms, that you meet the eligibility requirements described below, and that you accept the policies referenced here, including the refund policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not complete a purchase.

Following confirmation of your order, we deliver one digital redemption link for a Duolingo Super 12-month subscription. The link is sent to the email address supplied at checkout and is also displayed on your order page, so it can be retrieved from either location.

Delivery is digital and typically completes within minutes of order confirmation. No physical goods are shipped and no mailing address is required. Nothing beyond the single redemption link is included in the purchase.

The price displayed at checkout is the amount payable for your order. Payment must be completed before the order is confirmed and the redemption link is released. An order may be held or declined where payment cannot be verified or where the purchase raises a fraud concern.

Where payment methods are enabled on the site, card and payment details are collected and processed by the payment provider rather than by us, and that provider's own processing terms apply to the transaction. This site does not request or store payment card numbers directly.

You are responsible for any bank, currency conversion, or transaction fees imposed by your own financial institution in connection with your payment.

Redemption is your responsibility. After the link is delivered, you must open it, sign in to your own Duolingo account, review the subscription details shown on the redemption page, and confirm. We do not complete redemption on your behalf and cannot apply the subscription to an account for you.

You confirm, at the time of purchase, that your Duolingo account and region meet the offer's eligibility requirements, that you are able to meet the redemption terms displayed during the process, and that your account does not already hold a Super subscription that would prevent redemption. Availability varies by account and region.

You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure. We never ask for your Duolingo password, and you must never disclose it to anyone claiming to complete a redemption for you.

Purchases are for personal use by the buyer. The rights conveyed by an order are personal to you and may not be resold, transferred, sublicensed, auctioned, or used as the basis for a commercial offering without our prior written consent.

You must not interfere with the operation of the site or its ordering flow, including through automated purchasing tools, scripts, bots, scraping, credential stuffing, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to circumvent purchase limits, pricing, or fraud controls.

Fraudulent activity is prohibited. This includes false order information, use of another person's payment method without permission, chargeback abuse, duplicated refund requests for a single order, and any attempt to obtain more than the link your payment covers.

Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price that applies to that order; a change published afterwards does not alter an order already confirmed.

We may limit quantities, restrict the number of orders per person or household, or suspend sales of the product at our discretion. Availability of the offer does not guarantee that any particular Duolingo account will be eligible to redeem it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any liability for fraud or for a failure to deliver the product you paid for.

Refunds are handled under the refund policy published on this site, which covers orders where the redemption link was never delivered, where a delivered link is invalid, and where a duplicate charge occurred. Once a link has been delivered and successfully redeemed, it is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the revised terms are published on this site, and your continued use of the site after that point constitutes acceptance of them. The date of the current version appears at the top of this page.
