Privacy Policy

This site collects only what it needs to sell and deliver a digital redemption link and to answer the messages you send. The information involved falls into a few narrow categories.

Your Duolingo credentials are never requested and never collected. There is no field on this site, in our emails, or in support conversations that asks for your Duolingo password, and redemption takes place entirely on your side of the process.

Payment card details are not collected or stored by this site. When payment methods are enabled, card information is entered into and handled by the payment provider, which processes it under its own terms and security practices.

Information is used to confirm your order, deliver the redemption link by email and to your order page, and keep a record of what was issued so that support requests can be answered accurately.

Order and message data also support fraud prevention, such as identifying duplicate orders or abusive refund requests, and aggregate analytics events are used to understand which pages and links are used so the site can be improved.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising networks or profiling.

The database holding order and message records is operated on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which provides hosting, transport security, and network protection for the data stored there.

Access to order records is limited to what is needed to run the store and respond to support requests. Transmission between your browser and the site uses encrypted connections, though no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely free of risk.

This site uses a small number of cookies and local storage entries rather than extensive tracking. The main item is a randomly generated session id, which identifies a browsing session without identifying you personally.

Preferences you set on the site are also stored locally so that your choices are remembered between visits. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time, although doing so may reset your session and your saved preferences.

A small number of third parties process data on our behalf. Hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare, which operates the infrastructure the site runs on and delivers pages to your browser.

When payment methods are enabled, the payment provider processes your payment and handles the card data involved, under its own privacy and processing terms. Analytics is limited to the page views and clicks described above.

We do not share your order information with marketing platforms or data brokers.

Order records are retained for as long as they are needed to operate the store, deliver support, handle refunds, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the conversation and reference it later.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by using the Contact page on this site. Requests are handled as promptly as practicable, subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us through the Contact page.

This service is not directed at children under 13, and it is not directed at anyone below the minimum age required to hold a Duolingo account in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in those age groups.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to this site, contact us through the Contact page and the record will be removed.
